Will not boot to log in or safe mode etc

    error code 0x0000007b (0xfffff880009a9928, 0xffffffffc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000

Is there a way to edit the device manager within a file if I remove the OS hard drive and access it from another computer? I disabled some items in the Device Manager and rebooted to the bsod error above. I tried restoring, last known config, etc.

    startup repair

    Root cause found:
    ----------------------------
Unspecified changes to the system configuration might have caused the problem.

Repair action:System files integrity check and repair
Result failed. error code = 0x490

    thanks

I actually figured a way to restore the Device Manager to a previous working configuration accessing the drive with another computer.

I will take a look at what you posted here being that youre the only one who did. I thank you very much. If youre at all interested in how I fixed it, I'd be happy to share it but I imagine its something you probably already know.
