BSOD opening dolphin and sometimes other things, 0x00000019

When I open Dolphin it crashes and sometimes blue screens. The latest version doesn't crash on startup but does crash when trying to change the controller settings.

The Etron USB drivers are the cause of the crashes (that I have checked)
    Please try following
    1. Update the drivers from Gigabyte
    2. Remove all USB devices expect mouse and keyboard

Let me know if the crashes persist after you have tried above things.
