    BSOD Dell


    Hi keep getting BSOD, when my computer comes back on the BT internet dongle has to be unplugged and pluged back in to work

    Dell doesn't provide driver & BIOS support for OS higher than XP.
    Your drivers and BIOS are way too outdated but cannot be updated, this may make it impossible to find the cause of the crashes.
    Speaking of crashes, there are no dumps present, possibly due to Ccleaner or disk cleanup which both remove dumps that are required for troubleshooting..
