ok somehow i manged to install the windows updates without getting a bsod , after that windows asked me to restart the pc , when i pressed restart my pc freezed (no bsod) so i shut it down manualy and reboot it. after 15 mins of working i got blue screen restarted in safe mode, some time later i got bsod again i think it was always memory management.
I forget to mention that if i'm working on chrome it will crash 10 before the blue screen happens

Please check in Google Chrome if hardware acceleration is enabled:
  1. In the right upper corner, click on BSOD almost every 15 minutes , even in safe mode-ss-2015-09-17-02.19.25-.png and choose settings.
  2. Scroll down and click on 'advanced settings', scroll all the way to the end of the settings.
  3. In the part 'system' is the option to enable/disable hardware acceleration.
  4. If this option is enabled, disable it and let me know how it goes.
Hardware acceleration makes Google Chrome using hardware to execute some functionality faster then possible with software, this however could sometimes cause problems.

 System File Check

Please try following:
  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

I did the "sfc/scannow" thing but I couldn't finish any test, i was getting blue screens in the middle of the test .
I also noticed something else when i leave my pc on desktop without doing anything , the processor dosen't stay at 0% all the time every 10 seconds it will jump to 10% or 20% with mouse loading circle , it was due to some processus opening and closing automaticly .
should i restart "sfc/scannow" in safe mode or go directly to the mem diagnostic
Thanks for the time friend , really appreciate it

Sorry for the delay , took me a while to figure this out .
I did a mem test and problems where detected . then I remembered that I installed a new ram stick last month so i currently have 2x4gb ddr3 they are running in dual channel mode , at first they ran pretty well , no errors when gaming no bsod's , nothing .
after 2 weeks I start getting blue screens (most of them are memory related) .
So I decided to remove the old stick and test the new one , and everything worked fine .
I did the same for the old one , same thing it runs very well .
I put every stick in all slots and there where no errors at all .
bottom line , dual channel =bsod, single channel =no errors
-the sticks are exactly the same
any ideas?

My laptop takes over 20 minutes to load, even in safe mode. What can be done about that? The general performance of the computer is slow, and it wasn't like that when I brought it. I've tried defragmenting it, but it didn't do anything.
