Remote user BSOD when disconnecting from SonicWall Netextender

    Hello Seven Forum,

We've been dealing with a problem where remote users receive a blue screen when disconnecting from our VPN. We've been dealing with the SonicWall people but have been told that the problem is machine related and not with their software.

The zipped dumps aren't from my local machine. I had the user email me a few of this dumps to see if I could read through and find the issue but I'm not exactly well versed in reading dump files.

This might not be exactly how the posting rules outline the method of posting these. And if it doesn't fit the criteria any suggestion of an alternative method of creating this thread would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your time.

The user is coming in around the 29th of this month. Hoping to get a little bit longer to take a look at his machine. Will check to see if he has any way out of date drivers.

Download Windows Debugger and was reading the dump files and it looks like the problem is related to vfilter.sys which is a portion of the Shrew Soft VPN client.

I'll update this thread if I find that uninstalling that client stops the blue screens.
