    BSOD bcmwl664.sys

Microsoft and Dell (cannot reproduce the issue) have not been able to provide us an answer to why we randomly have Latitude 7450's crashing. We are on Win 7 SP1 x64, latest Win patches and latest drivers.

Systems have SEP, DLP, and Citrix Client Access Gateway plugin. Some crash logs point to the Citrix DNE driver, we have updated the driver without any luck. Also the DNE driver has been in production for 4+ years without an issue. The BSOD seemly cropped up on 200+ machines around the same time.

Please post a reply following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions . Stray crash dumps are not enough.

Driver seems to be not latest, and the driver is the prima facie reason behind the BSODs.

Go here: Product Support | Dell US

Either: scroll down to network, expand it, and get this one:
    Dell Wireless 1550/1560 WiFi Driver Network_Driver_HFTJF_WN32_7.35.333.0_A03.EXE | Update Package for Microsoft® Windows® (99 MB)
    Network |

    Version 7.35.333.0,A03
Or: you may use your service tag, opt for "detect driver", get the dell system detect and accept all the suggested updates including BIOS (yours is A01 and the available one is A09).

Let us know the situation after doing it. If needed, there may be a need for a further analysis.

AND DONT FORGET TO DISABLE DRIVER VERIFIER WHERE THERE WAS NO NEED TO ENABLE IT AT THE FIRST PLACE. The first BSOD dump, which is not verifier enabled, clearly exhibits the faulty driver. It may cause real troubles in inexperienced hands. Never use verifier without consulting with a BSOD analyst.

This particular machine did not have the latest driver, but we have confirmed multiple machines with the latest driver from Dell experience the exact same BSOD.

If you know that the problem is the same, you must have the ability to debug dump files via windbg and we can assume you do not need any further help.

I've updated a couple of test machines with the latest driver from Dell. I'll report back once they crash.
