    Do you overclock anything?

could a not legitmate windows be a cause to the problem aswell?
I assume you have not a legit activation as you bring this up?
If that is the case: support stops here because per the forum rules no support is given to piracy.
If that is not the case: I'll answer your question as soon as I have an answer :)

Looking at the list of OEM info and his system info, I'm curious if he has a genuine or no, it's just so close:

Just got mail back from my brother,
He said: it's a genuine Windows 7 Professional version.
He assured me it's a genuine version because he showed me a video boot from an Illegal version windows

    Kind regards,
    John

You're aware of the fact that the boot part can be changed whether or not the activation is genuine? Could be a bit difficult but it is possible. Also an illegal version of Windows normally does have the exact same boot as a genuine one.

Please show the report of what I asked so we can confirm it :)

Looks almost clean to me, not talking about your activation but the info
There might be some problems, but you'lll need to create a new thread at the Windows Update part for that.

Now I'd like to get your BIOS more up to date.
What version were you trying to flash and when did you get the error?

Please run CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID, open it and make screenshots of the following tabs
    • CPU
    • Mainboard
    • Memory
    • SPD*
    • Graphics

*SPD shows the details of each module, you can show the details by choosing different slots in the left upper corner.
Please make screenshots of each module.

Please post each screenshot in your next reply/replies.

Well the issue i found while updating the bios version was that i got an error message:
i doubled clicked the exe. and got this:

PI Version in SYS ROM mismatched PI Version in ROM file! Force update it may destroy the system BIOS!

Hope all screenshots were uploaded nicely :)

    Kind regards,
    John
