BSOD when using Chrome, Windows Update not working, PC acting strange

So it seems that since I updated the driver to my HD7950 OC I have been getting BSOD crash dumps when using Chrome. I also noticed recently that Windows Update has not been working properly. I removed all anti virus software and downloaded Avira yesterday. Well I got a BSOD mid scan and now Avira will not work correctly. It gives me an error when I try to run a scan. Below is the data I get after the BSOD. The more and more I think about it the more I think this may be a virus.

Now after a few attempts Avira is scanning. Not sure why I was getting errors before. I am to the point where I may try to reload windows. Also to give more detail, when in Chrome alot of times I will get the "Oh Snap" where the whole page will just quit and I have to reload. I also noticed that the screensaver no longer works. It tells me I need a newer video card or driver for the screen saver. Below is my driver.

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

After looking in my device manager it seems my driver is the issue. Ever since I downloaded that stupid AMD Gaming Evolved Driver Software it has screwed up my PC. I just tried to do the "roll back driver" option in device manager but the computer just sits there forever loading. Seems I have found the problem but now I need the solution.

Ok so here is the Zip file that was requested by Admins. I uninstalled most of the AMD drivers last night and it seemed to fix the issue but I spoke to soon. The frequency of BSOD has lessened but my computer must have crashed over night while idle. Hoping one of you can tell what is going on. Thank you in advance.

First of all, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Be patient, it will take very long to complete the test for your 4x4096 MB RAM.

Let us know the result. A camera snap of the memtest86+ window before closing the program will be a great feedback.

Well I have an update. Now my computer can not even boot windows. It had an option when booting to run Windows Start Up Repair. I tried running that but it gave me a bluescreen before it could complete. This is starteing to seem more and more like a hardware issue. Can anyone please help. I am guessing it would either be the video card, RAM, or CPU.
