BSOD, usually while Firefox videos ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x4B356C)

Have been having BSODs lately. I believe I read my mobo (or was it video card?) didn't properly support resume from sleep. However, today and yesterday it has happened when a video started to load in Firefox and MP Classic. Have always had issues with videocards, but different issues with the last 3. Been a while since I reinstalled as well, lots of junk on this thing... anyway, I appreciate all help!

Run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, check the zip and make sure it contains
  • 18 .txt,
  • 1 .nfo
  • 1 or more .dmp
files

We'll need the missing files as they may contain valuable information

I filled in my missing specs.

I also ran the log collector again and have attached, however there are no additional .txt's or an nfo file. Is there another way to get the information you'll need?

Really appreciate this much help so far, never thought it could be much else.

Any reason why it wouldn't be grabbing these?

You tell me, it works perfect on my system

When you open the folder %temp% after running it, do you see a folder with about the same name.

Ah, got it, must have been a permission thing. Moved that program and it looks better now.
