BSOD randomly (mostly on youtube) hard reboot only option
I been having a lots of systems freezings, the only way to make the computer respond again was doing hard reboots. Been like thi for several months (I mean a lot of time) trying to find a solution to my problem.
It happens randomly, mostly on youtube videos
Wont happen playing videogames (like fallout 4, metal gear 5, league of legends, skyforge and so on)
I tried few OS, win 7, win 8.1 and win 10 (it happens more often in 8.1 and much more often in win 10)
I had tried lots of solutions but none worked.
Things I tried so far (maybe I've done them wrong)
1.- Virus - malwares - spywares search (avast, eset smart installer, malwarebytes)
2.- Ran CCleaner, Glary Utilities, argente register cleaner and tuneUp
3.- Check RAM memories with memtest and unpluging/swaping slots (I really believe RAM must be the problem and must check them again in a better way, tell me if you know how)
3.- Check HDD with CHKDSK and tried clean installs in diverent HDD
4.- Several formats (windows 7, 8 and 10)
5.- Updated / dawngrade drivers
6.- Clean all dust in my components, check connectors, pins and replace thermal paste (I dont know how to check wires of HDD)
7.- Dont know how to check motherboard nor processor
8.- Updated BIOS version
9.- Added external cooler devises (to not steal power from the PSU)
10.- Few CMD commands told by mycrosoft comunity.
11.- I am sure I am missing something
I added the only DMP file I could get (the only time my PC reboots itself I got an event viewer pop up and gatter everything I could)
Also added the whocrashed and event viewer logs (or most of I could get)
The event viewer put this as the source of the problem (but maybe it is wrong and you will find the correct source) ntkrpamp.exe. And it may be caused by asus apps
Alsso heard that windows update can cause errors (I stoped the WUS temporaly)
I tried to give as much information I could
I hope you can find a solution. Thanks!
