BSOD Computer shuts off during sleep mode

    From Microsoft Info on startup

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 4105

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: FFFFFA801C67C178
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000001
    BCP4: FFFFF800038878D5
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\022616-49187-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Jody\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-213019-0.sysdata.xml

The first mini dump I have changed the access. I am not sure if the other mini dump files are included, but says there were 35 in total. Computer shuts down every few days during sleep mode and takes forever to boot back up. I doubt having two monitors hooked up does anything, but figured I would mention it.

    Files now attached.

    2 things
    1. Cleanup your minidump folder (%systemroot%\minidump) a little, you have dumps that are from july 2015. I would suggest to remove all dumps from 2015.
    2. Run the DM Log Collector again, there are quite some files missing likely due to the amount of minidumps.

My bad. I though more dmp files would be helpful!

I have deleted all but the most recent dmp file, which was from today. So let's start over...

Only if it doesn't prevent the other files from being collected

I asked to delete the files from 2015 for a reason, with 1 dump it isn't possible to find any pattern or something.
Fortunately the dumps of a week ago are present on your other upload, but dumps that have been created between are gone.

Try to update this driver, npf.sys: Driver Reference Table - npf.sys
'Try', I have a small trouble finding the software that is related to this driver.
    Code:

    *******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

    Sorry about that.

Removed Daemon Lite, not sure why it is there or even what it does. As for the npf.sys it has to do with the firmware of my Netgear router, which has been updated.

If I have another issue, I will post again and enter the Log Collector Info.

Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks!!!

I wouldn't mess around with it. Get any important files on google drive/one drive/another pc then perform a clean install of windows 7 professi.nal

Why would the OP do a clean install if it is the firmware of the router that possibly was the cause?
