BSOD several errors last days today 0x1000007e other BSOD's were 124

Hello,
for a week now I have BSOD's. Started when I was playing Skyrim, first it kicked me out to the desktop then right away got the BSOD with an error 124. Windows wouldn't start anymore properly (froze at the logo and restarted itself). I then cleaned the chassis fans, the cpu fan and put new heatsink paste, thought maybe cause of the heat. All started normally again.
Just every day when I turned on the PC it wouldn't go further than the Bios start screen and couldn't even get into the Bios. I did a Bios reset and all worked fine. When the PC is once on all works well..can restart too.. . temperatures are good etc. Just in the morning the first startup... So I did every day a bios reset the last days to get it going and still trying to find out what causes the problems. Changed today the cmos battery..
Now I got this error code while trying to do a system recovery. Can anybody help me? I know my PC isn't the newest but worked so far fine.

Random BSOD problems in the past 2 days. Random errors at random times
Three days ago my water cooling failed (got up to 77C while gaming is when I noticed the problem as my CPU should not go over 62C). I decided to install an aftermarket heatsink instead of a new water cooling system ,and add a few more fans just to make sure my whole motherboard was getting plenty...
