BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE & IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL

I am running Win 7 64bit image. Computer randomly blue screens, sometime when idle sometimes when actively using the machine. I have attached the error log. Please help.
