BSOD - Compaq Presario CQ43 Notebook

    Hi All,

Discovered the forum whilst troubleshooting a BSOD i keep getting on my notebook.

I don't have any specifics other than the dump file attached as this is a shared notebook and all users get the bsod which then requires a manual power cycle to log back on.

I have run the hp diagnostics utility using F2 at startup and all tests passed.

    All assistance is much appreciated.

    Cheers.

Still files missing + remove all illegal activated programs, no support may be provided until all illegal activations have been removed.

i followed the steps in this topic twice so i don't know how there is missing files? Also there is nothing illegal on there. Could my operating system be corrupt if the tool is not collecting the data that you are looking for?

Well if the tool can't give us the files then please upload a picture of this:

Windows key -> right click "my computer" -> select "properties"

    Cheers, Boris :)
