Windows 7: Multiple random BSOD and Kernel-Power Errors

From BIOS H/W Monitor

CPU VCore - 1.376 - 1.400 (fluctuates)
3.3V - 3.312 stable
5V - 4.924 stable
12V - 12.144 stable

From CPUID HWMonitor:
Core - 1.392
3.3V - 3.296
5V - 3.069
12V -13.992

I have not physically measured 5V, but all USB peripherals work. Bios shows correct voltage, CPUID does not.

The BIOS is the most accurate place to check those values, software isn't reliable for it.

The first number I listed are from BIOS. I boot to BIOS checked those which are:

CPU VCore - 1.376 - 1.400 (fluctuates)
3.3V - 3.312 stable
5V - 4.924 stable
12V - 12.144 stable

Then I booted and checked with the software as well. I've noticed the software has never shown an accurate 5V for my MB.

I saw it yes

Software can't be as precise as the BIOS can with these values, there are probably more values where the same counts but especially these.

I have not had a Kernel-Power entry since 3/25. The only change I made to my system around that time was to remove one of the external USB3.0 drives.

I have two Seagate Backup Plus drives the are bus powered running off my USB3 ports. One was being used to host media for a Kodi media player, 2nd is for work files. On 3/26 I moved the media drive to the Kodi computer.

I've restarted the computer manually several times since then for updates, etc. and noticed occasionally I get a ! on my USB3 Hub under device manager. If I plug the media drive in, windows does not detect it, but if I disable / enable the hub under device manger, the ! goes away and drive is detected and works for my file transfers.

Not sure what is going on here, but timing is too coincidental to not post.

I will give computer another week and then post this thread solved if no more crashes.
