    Random BSOD's


    Is this a driver issue. Thanks for your help

    The issue appears to be a video-related one. Uninstall the existing ATI drivers and software suite, and reinstall the latest video drivers only using this tutorial:

    have done this


    ok, followed your instructions to a tee and ran verifier for all drivers except m/s again. windows bsods almost instantly on boot up.as before. i shall watch to see if i get any more bsods in daily use. verifier is rather extreme i suspect. thanks very much for now...

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    still happening


    bsods and windows explorer not responding freezes every other day. not a big issue but frustrating.
