But my computer was working before this Blue Screen message with Sata AHCI Mode.
I'm not sure if this setup was from the beginning or it was setup later.

Are you running a beta version of the BIOS?
Your BIOS version is not listed in the updates of Gigabyte.

Version F11c isn't listed on the support page which is why I asked if it is a beta version or something.

I noticed this. Some time ago I was looking to update my BIOS and somewhere I found this one (EP45-DS3L F11c) for my motherboard.
Now I checked and nowhere I can find this version. Do you think that I supposed to downgrade my BIOS to F11b version?

I never recommend a beta version, unless you are willing to test it and get more problems.

It means I supposed to downgrade it, but BIOS v,F11b is a Beta too.
It means you advice to downgrade to versiom F10?

Yes, although it might not be compatible with Windows 7, release date Windows 7 = 2009, release date BIOS F10 = 2008.
