BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe no overlocking, correct timings

Hello, for the past 3 years my PC has been turning off and on due to this driver. Now, I don't use this PC as my daily driver. I just put it away and decide to tackle the issue today. I have run both an HDD and memtest RAM diagnostic tools and both come out fine. So I don't know what else to do.
