Explorer.exe Crashes even when doing nothing

Hello. As the title says for the last 10-12 days i'm facing an explorer.exe issue and unfortunatelly i can't find the source of the problem.I've been looking around to lots of websites for any solutions and most of them suggest i should run some diagnostics for my hardware (GPU,RAM,HDD) which i did but the results where fine. All my major hardware devices seems to run properly.I wouldn't like to use any software yet (like registry cleaners or fixers) cause i dont always trust their result and may even cause me more problems.
I would like to notice that this is the first time that i faced these kind of crashes since i upgraded my OS from Windows Vista to Windows 7,4 years ago
Also i have my OS updated using Windows Update (I choose the updates manually in order to provail Windows 10 installation)
Finally i remember that these issues occurred some days after i tried to update my GPU Drivers to the latest update (NVIDIA 9500GT Latest 341.95).Of course i did a clean installation but when the crashes of explorer.exe appeared i downgrade to the previous version of drivers but it didn't change anything
Any suggestions are welcome!
