BSOD Random ... WER-457628-0.sysdata.xml

This just started to happen today (03/27/2016). The last occurrence was when I was on Skype ... Video call.

I tried to find the C:\Users\BV\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-457628-0.sysdata.xml file and could not locate it. I thought this was strange.

Please find attached the zip File of dmp's and the error message I received.

I appreciate your help in advance.

thanx ~bv

Hello yahsuccess and welcome to 7forums!

I've looked through the dump files and all point to the problem explained below:

Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

Please update your graphics card drivers:
AMD Drivers
