I guess. It came with the download for the AMD. The program only showed up just as the BS problems first started.

With the fist part, it shows the extractment and where you can find the drivers you need.
When you have located the folder where the drivers are after the extractment, go to the second part for the installation process.

Product Support | Dell US recognizes that I have Video |AMD Radeon HD5450 Graphics Driver and a Video |AMD Radeon HD6450 Graphics Driver and a Chipset |Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility, v.9.1.1.1015, A00.

However when I follow the steps to update the driver it says that it is already updated and that the driver is Standard VGA Graphics Adapter.

(Please don't respond until verified due to possible successful update.)

The date did allow me to do a few more things now. However I still am having the issues. When ever I click on a video or a game it says:

Unable to find a valid Direct 3D device!
Check that your graphics driver is working properly,
and that you satisfy the minspecs of the game you are playing.

Before I could not even get into the launcher of some of the games but now I can. I just can't play them or some of the movies or videos I have.
