Random multiple BSOD, including during re-install of Windows 7

Hi, I have a Sony Vaio that started giving BSODs very frequently (about every 20-30 min). Can occur at any time, whether browsing or working. I first noticed a CPU performance issue (running at near 100% all the time). Upgraded memory from 4GB to 8 (max this laptop can hold). Then started getting BSODs.

I then replaced HDD, but can't get past a clean installation of Windows 7 as it crashes with HIDclass.sys BSOD. Disconnected mouse (only USB device I have), still crashes during install. Had to reinsert old drive to get online. With old HDD in place I can't even get past a Windows repair with the recovery disks as it crashes during that, and always seems to be some new fault (athrx.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, npfs.sys, ntfs.sys...)

Specs: Vaio VPCf-11kfx/b Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

    Minidumps:

Ran all sorts of system checks (memtest, chkdsk, etc.) all hardware passed. Updated all drivers through Vaio care.

I hope someone can look at the minidump files and see if it is a hardware issue I'm having. Thanks!

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Hi, sorry for the delay, i had so many BSODs and could not get back on line. I had to reinstall Windows 7 again, so I don't know how that would affect the logs from the earlier installation of Win 7.

Here is the DM file in the attachment.

    Thank you!

Since its a new installation now, any older BSOD files re now redudant. Presumably the new installation is BSOD free?

No, I've had one BSOD since reinstalling Windows 7 last night. I also can't put the laptop into Sleep mode, it comes back with a "not properly shut down" notice then reboots.

OK. Upload the new zip file for that installation.

OK Here is the latest file - This one includes 4 minidumps since reinstalling Win 7. I've also ran numerous hardware checks (from Vaio Care and from Windows) that have all passed.
