    BSOD with 9f code

After 10-15 min uptime computer shows BSOD (0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800890b060, 0xfffff80000b9a3d8, 0xfffffa800948a7d0)) and reloading. Sometimes USB not working, and several times after reconnecting USB device computer turned off without shutting down Windows (seems like short circuit protection).
Got all logs and still can't resolve this problem.

P.S. Updating all USB-connected drivers with "update driver" tool in device manager shows that all drivers is up to date.

UPD Got 3 more computers with same configuration and same error. Can anyone explain what this error means?

Run Windows Update and check the optional updates for an updated Realtek bluetooth driver.
