Windows 7 BSOD. STOP Error 0x000000f4

Hello,

I've been having this problem for quite some time with this computer, and after having recent upgraded nearly every part of my pc, the problem has persisted. I will receive BSOD's randomly and will then get stuck at the windows logo on reboot. The system will only reboot properly after ~3 minutes of remaining off.

The full error is:
STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0x0FFFFFA800E4D19C0,0xFFFFFA800F5B3DF0,0xFFFFF800035C07C0)

Specs:

Intel Core i7 4790k
Samsung 850 PRO 256GB SSD
MSI Radeon R9 390x
Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 2x 8GB
MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition
EVGA Supernova 650 G2

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thank you

Although this event log is old, it may be relevant.
The second, red marked, parameter of this bugcheck indicates a defective or loose cabling or that the disk isn't being seen by the controller.
Did you replace the cabling of the hard drive or at least made sure the cables are properly connected and don't have any kind of damage?

Hm that is interesting, but all cables were replaced somewhat recently after the problem had begun and it has continued.

When trying to boot it this morning, it will make it to the login in screen and almost instantly shut down. It's been stuck in this loop for ~20 minutes. Any suggestions?

The only parts remaining since the problem presented itself are the case and HDD, which ive recently disconnected to see if that could be the issue to no avail.

Is the firmware of the SSD up to date?

The firmware should be up to date, but I'm not sure how to check given the fact it wont properly boot.

You don't perhaps have a recovery media or something?
Could you install Windows on the HDD and remove the SSD?

I don't have any recovery media. I could install Windows on the HDD is that could be a possible source of the problem

Installing Windows on the HDD should help with troubleshooting, it isn't a solution but a diagnostics test.
