BSOD After reopening Counter Strike : Global Offensive after Crash.

When Either Cs:go crashes and I reopen to join a game or Minecraft crashes and I try to reopen it I get a BSOD. This has been going on for about 3 or so months and have just sort of dealt with it. I finally took a Picture with my phone of the advanced Window's Popup. I'm New to Blue Screens as its Never happened before this issue.

P.S. Im new to fourms so sorry if I've done something wrong in this post.

It Just happened again and I took a picture of the blue screen, I'm not sure if these pictures will help.

*Edit* I added the logs so if someone could take a look.
