First Custom Build...BSOD errors playing games or watching live stream

Long time reader - first time poster. Built my first custom computer a while back and have been fighting issues for a while.

Here are my symptoms; these don't occur with any specific frequency and don't seem to be caused by any specific action:

    -BSOD
    -SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    -KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    -BAD_POOL_HEADER
    -SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    -IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    -Crash w/o BSOD....just a frozen screen

These are the actions I've taken:
-Manually (and with third party software) verified all drivers are current
    -Windows Memory Test
    -Third party RAM test
-Clean install/re-installs of windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How did you verify all drivers manually and with what configuration?
What 3rd party software did you use for both verifying the drivers and RAM test and what configuration did you use with verifying the drivers?

From what I see in the dumps, 3 most recent which are all 0x3B, it is a conflict between Avast and Comodo involving some other drivers.

Hello axe0, thanks for your help.
I’ve only downloaded the APP Center from Gigabyte official website (GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - G1.Sniper B6 (rev. 1.0)) and automatically downloaded all update there.

And I’ve run Memtest86+ with both RAM for over 6 hours respectively with no errors.

What should I do next for you to diagnosis?

That isn't verifying but updating, a totally different thing.

Our requirement for MemTest86+ is 8 completed passes, given your amount of memory (16GB) it could take up to 20h to reach 8 completed passes.

I suggest that you remove Avast & Comodo with the uninstall tools
    Avast: https://www.avast.com/en-us/uninstall-utility
    Comodo: https://forums.comodo.com/install-se...-t58620.0.html
NOTE: for Comodo follow the steps of section A until step 6, thus follow all steps 1 to 5 but stop when you're done with step 5.
