Bsod driver power state failure
Hello everyone,
My PC was running flawlessly until I woke it from sleep one day to find out that the USB keyboard and mouse and all other USB ports are not working. I figured ok I'll just restart. Well the restart hung at "Shutting Down..." for 5 minutes+ before I got a BSOD and the system eventually rebooted.
This happened a couple of times so I thought I should update all USB drivers and I did download the latest Intel drivers and installed them. This fixed the USB ports freeze after sleep wakeup, but if I use the PC after that for 5-10 minutes, I'll get a BSOD again which you'll see in the attached zip file.
In device manager, I was seeing an error with a driver called wirelesskeyboardfilter_01, but i researched that and found it had to do with HP drivers and I don't have any. I even followed a Microsoft article to fix wirelesskeyboardfilter_01 but the problem persisted.
I would like to know which driver is causing the BSOD so that I update it/fix it.
I did a memory test and it came back with no errors and in advanced power plan settings, USB selective suspend setting is Disabled.
I would really appreciate your help and I thank you in advance.
