Keep struck in shutting down, and results in BSOD

This problem has been happening in a few weeks... At first it randomly take very long to shutting down and bsod, sometime it doesn't happen. But recently it keep happening and i dunno which driver cause of it...
I suspect is something do with ASUS or NVIDIA... but cannot spot it..
Can anyone help to solve my problem?

You are running a counterfeit installation.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
