Just follow the posting instructions, the attached file won't contain enough for proper analysis.

Not 100%, but the missing we can collect manually

Follow System Information File - Create in Windows

Run below command
Code:
systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"
If any problem occurs with the command, please let me know with a screenshot of the error.

Forgot that part, apologies

It needs to be entered in a command prompt, best is to run the command prompt as admin to prevent possible problems with admin privilege.
The command will create a systeminfo.txt file on the desktop, you can upload this file without first creating a zip for it

For the systeminfo.txt you do, it holds some data that I need to know.

Let I say it in another way:
  1. Search for "cmd" (without quotes),
  2. Right click command prompt,
  3. Choose 'run as administrator',
  4. If any pop-up comes up asking for permission > allow it,
  5. Enter the command in the command prompt that opens and press enter, it should create a file on your desktop called 'systeminfo.txt',
  6. Upload the systeminfo.txt in your next reply.
