    BSOD 0x0000001e and 0x000000c2

Hello, about 3 days ago, I've been affected by BSOD 0x0000001e after trying to install a game by using a disc. The installation failed during the progress and I reinstall it for the second time but also get the same result. I have visited many forums on how to solve the problem but unfortunately none of them works, I tried to repair my Laptop by Format into factory mode but keep all my backup data instead. After that, It's seems like a new thread has appeared. It was 0x000000c2. please help me anyone

You are currently running with an older version of the windows updater.
Please follow this link to update.
    http://download.windowsupdate.com/wi...nt-7.6-x64.exe
After its installed please run Windows Update..
(there is an error being reported with IE9, it should upgrade to IE11.)

note you are running Home Starter, if you were running Ultimate then thats more than likely why you were having problems you need at least 4GB ram, you have 2

Will there be a problem if I just format all of my computer settings and file? It's seems like theBSOD 0x0000001e still active.

Without any other files besides dumps this cannot be properly analyzed.

First thing that you need to do, update Windows.
You are behind with many others who have at least a few 100 (some 500+) hotfixes installed.
    Code:
    Hotfix(s): 85 Hotfix(s) Installed.
