Hello and welcome Joe mate first up looks like a graphics problem to me at least so with the new install I am assuming you updated the driver for that card ?? Drivers & Tools
Edit Meant to mention might be worth trying reseating the card - simple thing but happened to me recently.Code:MODULE_NAME: dxgkrnl FAULTING_MODULE: fffff80002e56000 nt DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 57089792 FAULTING_THREAD: fffffa800972aa80 DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: GRAPHICS_DRIVER_FAULT
Thanks for the reply! Yes I installed the newest AMD graphics driver for my specific card. I just reseated the card but no luck, I continue to receive the same BSOD. I should mention that I was getting the same BSOD before my fresh install of windows. Is it possible my card is going to shit? I'm now getting odd performance problems, for example, when I open up a game (Overwatch) my second monitor goes black. If I use ALT+TAB a bit I can get it back to working somewhat better but what ever is on that screen remains frozen. AMD Support wants me to put my card in another PC to test it but that's a hassle. Any advice or further ideas?
Just received a message from my windows action center saying "ati graphics driver has stopped working (1) times.." I haven't seen this before. I hope it helps with a solution.
Joe have you ran any tests on that card?? if not then it might be worth while running the Furmark one
FurMark and if you can can you check for the temps on the machine Speccy is just as good any Speccy - Free Download - Piriform
Ok mate might ask for some help on this one as I am stuck at where we are but just as a matter of interest did you notice the temps on the CPU when you ran that test??
I suggest that you remove the driver and reinstall it. Use this program to make sure that it is gone. Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 16.0.0.4
Hi cJoe690,
Welcome to the 7forums :)
If you are overclocking anything, please revert back to stock while troubleshooting.
As others have suggested, please (re)install/update your AMD display drivers. Follow below instructions for only installing the drivers, sometimes software may cause problems.
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to install as less as possible software using custom/advanced options, you can use this tutorial to do so AMD Graphics Drivers - Install Without Catalyst Install Manager

Thanks for trying. My CPU temp during the GPU stress test was 44c Max.
I've tried this plenty of times but gave it another try using the program you recommended to uninstall the driver. Unfortunately it did not work, I received the same BSOD shortly after.
I really do appreciate the help guys! Any other ideas?
