    Software Related BSOD

    Hello there,

I recently built a computer and it has been constantly crashing on me. When I check the mini dump it says that it was either software or thermal related. The temperatures seemed normal so I tried to find the software issue, but couldn't. The mini dump has the same error for every single crash as well.

The computers crashes have no real pattern or causation. They happen when I game or when I start up the computer. I have checked the memory on each stick and they both have passed with no errors.

I uploaded the .zip file (i hope) after running the collector and attached it to this post.

My computer specs are: i5 4460 cpu, Z97S SLi Krait edition MoBO, Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 graphics card, Two 8 GB Corsair Vengenace RAM sticks, 750W Corsair bronze series power supply, samsung SSD 850 EVO 250 GB.

I'd appreciate any help with the matter.

    Hi Seohcap,

    Welcome to the 7forums :)

Please fill in your system specs

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
    1. 18 .txt,
    2. 1 .nfo,
    3. 1 or more .dmp,

files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

    Hi there axe0,

I updated my system specs and ran the log again. For some reason the first .zip didn't include everything, but this one has the minidump files, the .txt and the .nfo.

Each of the minidumps is the exact same thing except for a few which were manual reset errors.

Thanks for taking some time out of your day and helping me with this issue. :)

To start, please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
    Code:
    Hotfix(s): 11 Hotfix(s) Installed.
Windows needs to be updated for proper troubleshooting.
