Update. My computer does have a bluetooth driver and it has been updated. F secure has been removed. F secure is my ISP, Charter's protection for my computer and if it's not the problem I'd like to reinstall it. Thanks,

Updating the driver and removing F Secure (Charter Security Suite) did not solve the problem. I reinstalled F Secure.

Please remove all security programs and use Microsoft Security Essentials while troubleshooting. That there was a crash while this program was not installed is not a reason to install it again. It contributes to the crashes so it needs to be removed while troubleshooting

Where did you update your drivers? I don't see any bluetooth driver updates.

I've deleted F secure, installed Microsoft security, updated bios and attempted to update bluetooth driver (see screenshot attachment, mixed messages). See latest file upload. Thanks
