    Is the bluetooth feature disabled? If no please disable it.

    Update. My computer does have a bluetooth driver and it has been updated. F secure has been removed. F secure is my ISP, Charter's protection for my computer and if it's not the problem I'd like to reinstall it. Thanks,

    Updating the driver and removing F Secure (Charter Security Suite) did not solve the problem. I reinstalled F Secure.

    I reinstalled F Secure.
    Please remove all security programs and use Microsoft Security Essentials while troubleshooting. That there was a crash while this program was not installed is not a reason to install it again. It contributes to the crashes so it needs to be removed while troubleshooting

    Where did you update your drivers? I don't see any bluetooth driver updates.

    I've deleted F secure, installed Microsoft security, updated bios and attempted to update bluetooth driver (see screenshot attachment, mixed messages). See latest file upload. Thanks

    Same cause for all dumps, could you disable the bluetooth device in device manager as a test please.

    The bluetooth driver is in the Dell computer. How would I delete the driver? thanks
