I haven't installed any drivers. I've loaded my system specs but I don't know how to access this info, The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

To get the specs like PSU, cooling and other stuff (like mouse, keyboard, protection software and monitor), for the hardware part you'll have to check it physically or check where you bought it.

I assume you didn't replace the cooling, so you could fill in 'stock' so we know that one :)

Your crashes are caused by F-Secure software and Bluetooth driver.
My recommendation is to remove F-Secure and update the Bluetooth drivers.
I do not know where you could update the Bluetooth drivers, but do NOT use any software for updating drivers.
Removal of F-Secure software is required because we need to confirm that it truly is 1 of the causes.

What are the bluetooth drivers for? My HP printer has bt capabilities, could this be the issue? I don't use the bluetooth.
