Do you have any programs that cost money that you are using without paying for them?

Any paid for program is an example.

Seems to be happening again (Same BSOD error). More frequently, in fact (every day). Here's the dump file zip (updated) again as always.

I suspect either the OS or Office is counterfiet as the KMS server is not responding.
please run this tool, copy/paste the output

    note
i do not believe you have totally removed the malware that was previously on your lappy.

Could it also be a bad HD as the lappy is almost 5 years old? I read that KERNEL_INPAGE_DATA_ERROR BSOD is sometimes caused by that.

See what this says, you have a Seagate drive anyway so hopefully if it sees something it can fix it,

You can do both if you want, I just pointed out a way to check if your hard drive is going bad since you asked about it.

    Hi Steve,

The mga looks fine, however it is not reporting Office, which i can see in your other logs!

    Now from error reporting

    >>>> The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block. <<<<<
    run
    sfc /scannow
    chkdsk /r

this may or may not be the cause of the following

The TransactionManager (TmId={4BBCC64D-8605-11E6-982E-806E6F6E6963}, LogPath=\SystemRoot\System32\Config\TxR\{4bbcc64b-8605-11e6-982e-806e6f6e6963}.TM) has failed to advance its log tail, due to the transaction (UOW={54205EE3-8617-11E6-B287-4C80933BEFFB}, Description='') being unresolved for some time. The transaction must be forced to resolve in order for the TransactionManager to continue to provide transactional services. Forcing the incorrect outcome may cause data corruption in any subordinate ResourceManagers or Transactionmanagers.

The Ihupbosfh service failed to start due to the following error:
This version of Ihupbosfh is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

The Sftfs service depends on the Sftvol service which failed to start because of the following error:
Sftfs is not a valid Win32 application.

The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 26 seconds since the last report.

The Spybot-S&D 2 Scanner Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Device \Device\CdRom2 is locked for exclusive access.

Task Scheduler service failed to load tasks at service startup. Additional Data: Error Value: 2147942402.

The emcWxfYbGb service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications.

There are others, Wireless Zero, Cdrom1.

    AFTER
    running the scannow/chkdsk,
    follow the Seagate thread options.

    Report back.

IF this was my machine id opt for a clean install.

    Roy
