I did fix that missing driver it was some 3D thing I forget the exact name but I searched for other issues the same and found the driver oddly HP doesn't have it listed for my laptop on their website but it seemed to fix allot of the device manager issues except now I noticed under network adapters Windows keeps downloading a driver ( again forget the name I wrote it down on the laptop which I am not currently by) and freezes up shortly after. When I reset computer to get out of the freeze and go back to device manager there is a driver installed with a yellow flag! I can give you the name of it in the morning sorry about that. Anywys I uninstalled it and problem goes away but haven't had a chance to check and see if it fixed my BSOD problem but with that it could be hours or days of using my laptop before it just unexpectedly does it again I will try to do multiple things at once tomrrow to see if it helps speed up the process lol ready to throw the whole thing out the window! Also I downloaded all of the software from Hp for the laptop to make sure I wasn't missing anything else. And also Windows update will not work! I tried to install Windows update agent and it says successful and than nothing happens Windows update still won't work!! It has never been updated according to the Windows update screen and gets stuck on checking for updates for hours !

The driver I uninstalled was the Microsoft ISATAP adapter because it was causing the system to freeze. It reinstalled itself and froze up again about an hour later under network adapters driver.

I also downloaded the correct driver to fix the ACPI drivers that were under unknown devices. It was called something 3D sorry I don't remember I was half asleep lastnigt spends hours staring at the computer! Anyways They are no longer under unkown devices. And seems to have made a bunch more ACPI drivers show up under devices that weren't showing up before!
I downloaded Everything over again software and drivers from HP site to make sure I have all the drivers I needed and didn't miss anything . No idea if it worked for the BSOd problem because it happens so Randomly it could happen in a hour or a week I will however try to browse the web and watch a video in full screen at the same time see if it helps speed up the process.

Still froze up! This time just a white screen no BSOD but can't get out of the white screen. Going to reset again. The netsvcs was taking up all the CPU and MEMORY double that of CHROME running a YouTube video in full screen.

As i said in my first post i believe the install to be corrupt
You stated you downloaded it via MS
MS do not provide W7 downloads for OEM installs

I got it from the live chat support. She gave me a link after I gave her the activation key. I got this laptop from my brother in law so don't have any idea if it's the same Windows 7 that came with the laptop the activation key on the sticker on the laptop was worn off unreadable so I had the live chat suport look up the key and she gave me the link to download the media and reinstall. Reinstalled it twice because this problem was persistent for a year before and I gave up trying to find the cause just wanted a fresh start. So what should I do now? I even installed Windows 10 free upgrade before Windows 7 reinstall and still had this problem but even worse !
