Hi Boris. Sorry, the problem is still the same one that I've been having since the BSOD. My computer is running at high CPU usage just idling or doing simple tasks, and my computer still has problems with loading/running games and the low fps in games. Disabling the html 5 on Youtube/Twitch has helped watching videos/streams but the videos still use more CPU% than it used to.

Alright but what process takes up the most of the CPU during these random spikes if you call it that?

The two processes that are usually at the top of the processes list are the svchost.exe and the MsMpEng.exe, they are 150k and 100k right now, but I have seen one, I think svchost.exe go up to 400k memory used. And chrome is up there too, it's third right now on the list with just the win 7 forum website open.

Okay, msmpeng is the process for Windows Defender and there is a hotfix from M$ for the svchost eating up the RAM, you can give it a go, no promises though:

After I downloaded the file and tried to run it, it gave me the message, "update not compatible with this computer."

Well like I said, no promises.

Hmm umm well this is just becoming weird.

I'll look through your files again and see if missed something.

Yeah I can't seem to find anything else off. My RAM/GPU aren't having the issue with high usage like the CPU. Hmmm. It is very weird.

Well this is just another test, I don't know if it will work but I hope it does do something:

Chipset

Fingers crossed.

No noticeable change so far after downloading the chipset, but it did update them so I don't know how outdated they were. Just tried loading up Fallout 4 and the results were pretty much the same as before.

I have been getting BSOD 0x3b's nearly everyday for the past few days. I downloaded a hotfix from Microsoft that seems to have have stopped the win32k.sys+c47b3 driver error. The 0x3b I just had shows mrxsmb20.sys as the driver error.
