Mick this dump shows some refs to malwarebytes conflicting with another AV in this instance to Bitdefender bug which has since been fixed
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mwac.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mwac.sys
but in your case maybe McAfee of which I am definitely not a fan.

Mick make sure you uninstall MuckAfee with the removal tool and I always check in the HKEY'S LOCAL_MACHINE and CURRENT_USER . Software for left over remnants and right clic and delete them but always a good idea to do this first Registry - Backup and Restore

Another good uninstaller to use is this Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems it will do a lot of the registry stuff for you but I still check those HKEYS all the same.

If you are looking for something to stopgap see this - the real time section Free Windows Desktop Software Security List | Gizmo's Freeware but avoid AVG Comodo (awful nagger) and MuckAfee of course Bitdefender is not a bad one but the choice is yours.

But of course always keep in mind never a good idea to run two realtime AV;s at the same time.
