System was running stable for some time with the BIOS settings provided. Haven't had a BSOD for over a week. All of a sudden I got 4 in a row. I'm running in safe mode with Networking right now. This is REALLY starting to frustrate me.

You have AVG. Completely uninstall that from the system and your blood pressure will quickly lessen in no time at all. Don't just disable it as that will not help. AVG is the horror of the internet.

    Enjoy.

To make the system better, update these drivers too:

    ctac32k ctac32k.sys Wed Jul 02 04:38:22 2008
    dlkf5a64 dlkf5a64.sys Thu Mar 15 05:49:47 2007
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 << uninstall the motherboard utility that installed this or update to 2009
