Backup your data, go back to the shop and tell them to clean reinstall Windows using the key that is on the COA sticker on the back of the laptop or battery.

You need to clean reinstall your system, because the installation of an OEM SLP key on a different system requires the use of exploits. Exploiting the system causes the OS to behave in unexpected ways what causes everything else to behave in unexpected ways, this makes it unreliable to troubleshoot a counterfeit system which is another reason why we don't provide support to counterfeit systems.

Again, I'm not saying that it is directly not indirectly caused by Windows because I cannot say if this may be the case.

K with out going to shop tell me to clear the problem with my self.
Is there any chance ???? Can i do that
Before that i forget to tell one thing when i had genuine thats only i got blue screen thats y i re install new os.
