BSOD "Bad-Pool-Header" after Windows re-install

Good evening, after re-installing Win7 pro today I got a BSOD for the first time since I've had this machine.
Did Memtest86 (2 passes) and the memory seems ok. I really would like to know what's going on.
Maybe someone can tell me something from the .dmp file.
Thanks a lot
