BSOD playing Rocket League atikmpag.sys

Hello, sorry to bother you.

I'm having BSODs when playing Rocket League. They were fairly random but have lately become rather consistent with starting a match.

Now I have read the thread on posting procedure however the program it requests to run returns an error "Unable to complete the operation""access is denied" on the zipping file to desktop function, and the zip file created my account does not have permission to access(nor can I seem to give permissions).

I have exhausted my knowledge and Googlefu on this issue so I'm turning to you for help.

Since I cannot seem to run the required program hopefully a list of my failed fixes will help;
-Reinstalled ATI drivers.
-Dxdiag reports no issues.
-Memtest reports no issues.
-GPU/CPU running on stock values.
-All updates to windows and other drivers are applied.
-Verified game files.


I have no issues with other games so I fear I am a lost cause until Rocket League releases an update.
