    BSOD BCCode:19

    Hi,
First of all excuse me for not mentioning the error (0x00...) in the title but after the BSOD happened it restarts automatically; the only information i have are the BCcode and BCP1 through 4 that appear after the restart.
I have been experiencing like 3 BSOD during this week, all of them while having youtube open in Firefox 50.0 and at night. The first BSOD was like 2 weeks ago, and I think it was some days after updating the flash player; but it could be after updating firefox or after installing LG Mobile Support tool. I really can't tell if one of them is the culprit or if it is a hardware issue.
Could you explain me what is the cause or possible cause of this BSOD and what should be the steps to follow in order to solve this issue? I uploaded the .rar file with the dumps as an attachement. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our forum Huesoman. Sorry it so long to get to your thread.

Bad news. It appears that you have counterfeit installation of Windows 7 Pro.

From you zip file you have this.

    Id. del producto: 00371-OEM-8992671-00004
    This key belongs with this.

    Win 7,Professional,ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD,XXXXX-OEM-8992671-00004
You have a Gigabyte retail mother board.

You also don't have KB971033 installed. Which is needed.

So the first step is to install a proper Windows 7 and activate it with a proper COA key.
