Hello alecnin mate there are a couple of dumps that one is related to I think you needing a driver for your Intel wifi adaptor
and this one which I do not fully understandCode:FOLLOWUP_IP: Netwsw00+208211 fffff880`08459211 ?? ??? SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX: 1 SYMBOL_NAME: Netwsw00+208211 FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner MODULE_NAME: Netwsw00 IMAGE_NAME: Netwsw00.sys BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS
Now I cannot access the motherboard site for the wifi adaptor driver for some reason but I suspect it may be on the Intel site but I shall have a look.Code:MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH1 (deaddead) The user manually initiated this crash dump. Arguments: Arg1: 000000000f010012 Arg2: 0000000000a30a15 Arg3: 0000000012bc0034 Arg4: 00000000198c0000
The other dump I am really not sure what has happened and can only speculate that you have done something inadvertently and caused a crash.
It could also be down to malware I suppose so could you please run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 (if you are going to use the /r switch there is no need for the /f switch)
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary
if no fix then these
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)
ok so i downloaded a new driver from here : Download Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7*
and did a sfc scan, it came up clean, and i did an antivirus scan and it was also ok, is there anything else i can do?
had another crash, here is the files
