Windows 7 crashes, reboots during boot up

Windows 7 reboot during boot up. At he point the black screen with the pulsating flower changes to log in screen it reboots before the log in screen appears. Now if I press F8 and select boot logging it does not crash. I've done this repeatedly.
It's on a Compaq Presario CQ50 notebook that I upgraded from Vista home premium 32 bit with a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit home premium.
I sent a minidump files zipped in another message with no response to it.

Never mind. It was a co-exisiting problem with Ubuntu dualboot. Both os's will not coexist on this machine. Each distroys the other. Fix one, the other won't boot and back and forth.
