Thanks mrenke. Don't know how I missed that! It got rid the that yellow exclamation mark but that, unfortunately, didn't fix my networking. Back to the drawing board for me. Thanks again

Windows 7 ultimate
Thank you for replying...

Guys, as per the instructions to change settings for zone alarm in windows 7, i tried. But as soon as i zone alarm and it was configuring, my laptop hanged and it was stuck so i had to reset using the power button. Even after that i tried to go into the settings of zone alarm, but no luck. The laptop was hanging at the zone alarm startup.

Also i had a lot of free space issue due to expanding winsxs. so i had to revert back to good old XP. I wish microsoft would soon release all the bugfixes. I am looking forward for stable/compatible windows 7. Thank you for the support guys...

As I understand it, ZoneAlarmFree has a money back guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied, they'll give you back the money you paid for the Free edition

Seriously, there are a number of known issues with ZoneAlarm. If you choose to keep using it there's no guarantee that you won't have problems.

Me Too!

Hey guys,

Just want to say that the same thing happened to me. I went crazy trying to figure out what was causing my blue screens, and never thought to check my device manager. I had a problem with the turedo tunnelling psuedo-interface, and after uninstalling zonealarm, it's gone, along with the blue screens.

Windows 7 32bit, Windows XP Pro., Ubunto.

I also have always had this problem since upgrading from xp to win7pro 32 bit. No probs because it doesnt affect anything I do, and I do not use the win7's own homegroup. But yellow query in device manager,AVG9, and ZA free 9.2.031. In ZA advanced there is no tickbox regarding IPV6. IPV6 is enabled in NIC. Wondered if there was a solution yet. Have a PB laptop on win7 no problem with that and largely the same progs.
