    thanks for the reply man...

meaning that I have 3GB memory so either I can switch to 2 or 4 then only I can use Ultimate properly???

As I have 3Gb and if I remove 1 Gb it will slow my machine

Is this the only way to resolve this issue?

    Thanks again man.

    Hi Irtiza,

Try removing 1 of the three sticks so you are only using one matched pair, I would imagine this will stop the BSOD's but 2gig is not really enough for win7.

Mind you, 1gig stick of ram is dirt cheap these days so if you can upgrade to 2 match pairs filling all slots on the motherboard this will give you 4gig (same as me) and will run just fine.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards.

I have been having this problem for such a long time with Windows 7 professional 64-bit.

I have 3x2g of Corsair RAM for a total of 6 gig. Is only having 4gig the only course of action? Because I do use up my RAM quite a bit. Taking 2gig off would probably hamper my computer's performance, but these freezes are quite annoying.
