black screen after login

    black screen after login


    this has happend twice after i login to windows 7 the screen goes black and all i have on the screen is the mouse arrow my kaspersky is up todate and the scan has found nothing hope some body can help

    Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc and exit the Explorer.exe task if it is running. Then start a new explorer.exe task. See what happens.

    i tride that but nothin worked so i just restarted it and every thing loaded up normaly

    Have you been connecting and disconnecting a tv from the system? Could be the cause.
