windows 7 windows explorer stopped working

    windows 7 windows explorer stopped working


    i have bought a new dell laptop with windows 7 home basic.yesterday i connected internet on it . windows 7 updated upgrades. then when i right clicked at desktop.It showed the message windows explorer stopped working and given details as

    Please someone help me in fixing this problem , BUT WHEN I RESTARTED MY LAPTOP IT DOESNT SHOWED ANY MESSAGES LIKE THAT. AFTER SOMETIME IT SHOWED LIKE THAT.

    Go to explorer icon, right click, choose run without add ons. See what happens.
    Go to services, make sure internet connection is set to automatic and on

    Hi and welcome

    Explorer hung because it was waiting too long for the graphics driver file igfxtray.exe that is the fray app for the video driver. Solutions, upgrade you video driver, actually might as well do all of them at the same time
